Summer

On Wednesday I went to the doctor.
Ya know how I had a that sockhop about three weeks ago? Well, we were dancing the twist. All. night. long.
I have bad knees from doing cheer leading and gymnastics and ballet for years and years.
Well...guess what the doctor said?
You have a sprained knee.
What?!?!?! Is that even possible?
Yes. Apparently it is.
Did not know that.
I got x-rays.
4 of them.
Not fun stuff. At. all.
Anyways, just though I'd let you know how I'm doing physically. Something to spice up my monotonous talking.

At my youth group they have this super cool internship called Element. And I'm doing it! I'm sooo excited about it. It's is going to be so amazing. We get to help plan all the stuff that goes on in service. We do ministry outreaches and at the end of the summer we get to go on a super cool trip somewhere for five days. #epic
I also get to go to youth camp this summer as well. I'm even more excited about that one because I'm a senior this year. I feel so old. Only like five or six of my friends are Seniors. The rest are Juniors and Sophomores. And some, are Freshman. Those little babies. They make me feel so old.
But this is my last year to go to a camp as a camper. Not as a worker. Not as a staffer. But as a genuine camper. I've never been to a youth camp, and the last time I went to camp was when I was 12. I am now currently 17. That was a LONG time ago. Or at least it feels like it.

In August!!!!! Guess what I get?!?!?!
MY LICENSE!!!
Yeah, I should have had it for like a year already. But I didn't get my permit until January. Ugh. So I have just two and a half more months until FREEDOM! But only on the road. I'm super stoked about it. I don't have a car yet, so that's why I'm getting a job this summer. But I don't know where to apply. I do have some potential prospects in mind, but I'm not sure how young they hire.

Just thought you guys might want to know what I'm up to this summer. That's about all I'm gonna be doing. Besides healing my knee and busting my butt with practicing piano and guitar, that's the fun stuff.
