I Love Country Music

I love country music.
You can't live in Oklahoma and not love country music.
I know that a lot of people who live here say they don't like it, well let me tell you something....they do.
Deep down in their heart.
When a certain Luke Bryan, Hunter Hayes, Lady Antebellum, Kenny Chesney song comes on, they get going on.

Their is just something about Country music that is inspiring.
It makes you feel lazy.
Laidback.
Sad.
Happy.
Content.
Depressed.
Excited.
Most of all, it makes you feel like a redneck.
And that's why I love it so much.
Here's one of my favorite country songs ever.
Lady Antebellum's "Just a Kiss."

Another really great song is Luke Bryan's song "Drunk on You."

Luke Bryan is an angel. So beautiful. So country.

 

Oklahoma is the proud state of country.

A lot of country artists are actually from Oklahoma.

In case you haven't noticed, I kind of really love my state.
Like, a lot.

This song is amazing.
The lead singer of this band, Ronnie Dunn, was my dad's best friend's uncle.
So cool!

I don't know how else to convince you if you don't like country music.
I guess the only cure is to listen to it until you start to like it.
If I were to be completely honest with you I would have to say that I haven't always been a country music fan....
My dad was the one who got me hooked on it.
I am so glad that he did!
