Here's the Jist...and Journal 4

Today I thought that I would give all the guys a little bit of advice about girls.
I know that every guy I know always says, "girls are so complicated". But really, we're not that hard to comprehend. So right now I'm going to give you just a few little tips that may help you in understanding women.

Here's the jist:

#1: Girls are really insecure.
Not all girls, but almost all the girls I know are insecure about one thing or another about themselves.
For me, I'm terrified about what people think of me. I'm so scared that what I say, what I wear, what I think, is being judged by everyone. I'm afraid to just be me.
Tip #1: Complement.
Don't go over the top, just one or two comments every time you see her. Complement her hair, say she smells good, just say something nice to make her feel good. It's almost like an ice breaker.

#2: We just want to be loved.
So many girls get into so much trouble at such a young age. Whether it's with our boyfriends, or just our friends. All that we want is to feel loved. To be accepted for who we are.
Tip #2: Just be there.
I know it's really hard for a guy to 'just be friends.' But a lot of times, that's all she wants. A good guy friend is, a lot of the time, so much better than a boyfriend. Girls want to know that they are loved and accepted. By just being there, loving her silently.

So I hoped that helped you! This isn't just for the guys. Girls, and guys, if you have anything else that you would like to contribute, please email me, or post it in a comment. I would love to hear your take.
I only gave you two topics, but occasionally I will do more of "Here's the Jist." Look for it!

Journal 4:

Okay, how was journal 3?
You are and your best friend. My friends that are taking the Habitudes class that I mentioned earlier are loving this assignment! Their journals....faboo!! Totally unique and themselves. I wish that I would have taken pics of them for you...bummer. Well, I promise that after spring break I'll take some pictures of the inside and outside for you to see their creative juices at full. For now, your just going to have to trust me. :)

Ready for Journal 4? This one is going to be hilarious!!

Topic: Your most embarrassing moment.

FUN! Now don't be afraid to write down the deepest, darkest, most embarrassing moment you've ever had. We won't laugh, we'll just, okay, we might laugh. But don't worry, we're not laughing with you, we're laughing at you. JK JK JK That's something my mom says to me.
If we do laugh at you it will just be because we love you.

I'm going to tell you my most embarrassing moment before hand.
So yearly there's this really big youth conference called Acquire the Fire. Anyone heard of it before? Well, I went about three ago, in my freshman year of high school. Then I was kind of an outcast. Not totally, but pretty much. :(
Anyways, our church was the host church, Victory Christian Center. Woohoo!!! So my group got front row seats on the floor in the middle section. I was seated in the middle of the second row. Worship had just started and my friends were just climbing over the seats of the row in front of them to go down front. Well, I'm not the best at hand eye coordination. I'm kind of clumsy. LOL
I go to climb over, and all of the metal chairs are connected, so they won't just individually slide forward. As I'm climbing over my foot gets caught in the chair and it folds. But it doesn't fall over, it just stays there and I fall on my face with my leg in the air. At this time, the guy I was crushing on was behind me...and I could hear him laughing. Sigh. And the whole auditorium was still sitting down. Epic fail on my part. Then as I go to stand up, my leg gets caught on the wires on the ground and I fall on my face...again. So that was a really bad day for me!
Well, I hope I made you laugh!
Remember, don't be ashamed!!!!!
And leave me comments, I am dieing to hear from you!

XOXOXOXO
